Program Overview
Now entering its fourth year, the Fortitude Global Cohort is a world-class professional development experience designed for emerging leaders, students, and early-career professionals in the built environment (architecture, engineering, construction, and real estate). To date, Fortitude cohorts have welcomed participants from 20 countries across six continents. The 10-week program is entirely pro bono and integrates financial scholarship support, elite executive mentorship, and cross-cultural global networking.

Participants in the 2027 Global Cohort will benefit from a robust framework combining financial aid and high-level professional coaching:

Fortitude Scholarship Program: Accepted participants gain access to up to $1,500 in scholarship support applicable toward tuition or student loans.
