[Job Description]
This position focuses on in-office regulatory analysis and land-value assessment. It is an excellent starting point for entering core real-estate decision-making.
1. Regulatory analysis and ongoing legal/policy tracking
2. Land research and feasibility assessment
3. Preliminary financial-benefit calculations
4. Preparation of presentations and booklets
[Qualifications — meeting one of the following is acceptable]
- Educational background:
Graduates of college/university or above in land administration, urban planning, real estate management, architecture, civil engineering, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome. - Core abilities:
Ability to read cadastral maps and land registration transcripts; proficiency in Excel, including financial formulas, and PowerPoint presentation production. - Desired traits:
Highly patient with legal clauses and regulations, detail-oriented, and clear in numerical logic.
