Eligibility: One of the following：
- Holding a certificate of Assistant Professor or above issued by the Ministry of Education, and has a record of teaching excellence.
- Holding a PhD with honors and authored publications.
Additional Requirements:
Those who have expertise in at least one of the following fields: building materials, building structure, architecture and urban design, digital architecture, architectural history and theory, construction management and engineering estimation, and real estate management.
Those with practical experience, cross-industry experience, and/or English teaching ability are preferred.
