Speaker： Prof. Edwin H.W. Chan 陳漢雲教授
Prof. Chan is a Professor of the Department of Building and Real Estate (BRE), studied Architecture and later learnt Law in England and Hong Kong. He obtained his PhD degree at the King’s College of London University. He is a Chartered Architect, Surveyor and Engineer and is a qualified Barrister-at-Law called to both the English and Hong Kong Bars. Published over 130 international EI/SCI/SSCI journal papers and many book chapters. He has served on various committees and councils.
