Our department focuses on the development of Interdisciplinary research. Traditional architecture usually isolates from the other fields, and communication in the group is easy to be restricted.
Therefore, the medium-term objective is to promote teaching and research among the field. This can not only integrate teaching and expanding students’ horizons, but also enhance teachers’ cultivation.
Our long-term goal is to promote interdisciplinary teaching and research, strive for international science and technology cooperation, extending interdisciplinary teaching and research method to the international cooperation and actively seek opportunities of scientific and technological exchanges.
Humanities and technology integration: Our school is well-known of technology. Based on this, we dedicate to balance the development of humanities and technology, assist vocational background students, consider the humanities (such as architectural history, architectural theory course) and the integrate scientific and technological research.
